Pathways SouthWest is an independent community based mental health service located in the South West of Western Australia. We support our local communities to embrace the concept of mental health recovery via community consultation, education and advocacy. We specialise in individual and group work service delivery with a client centred approach. 

These positions are based within a non-clinical community health program that supports and empowers people with mental illness to improve their quality of life and assist individuals in their recovery journey.  The job purpose is to provide group activities for people with mental health challenges to improve their daily living, personal and social skills and increase their purposeful participation in community life and activities.

ACTIVITIES SUPPORT WORKER

We are recruiting an Activities Support Worker based at the Pathways SouthWest Clubhouse to provide group activities for people with mental health challenges to improve their daily living, personal and social skills and increase their purposeful participation in community life and activities.

Salary $36.22 – $38.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a full time 12 month fixed term contract. Applications close 23 September 2026.
