Referral

Pathways SouthWest is a community mental health service, providing non-clinical recovery support for adults (over18 years old) with severe and persistent mental health disorders.

Anyone can be referred to us for assessment by having a professional (i.e. general practitioner, psychiatrist, community mental health worker) complete a referral form.
