Constitution 2017

We have updated our Constitution so as to meet the requirements of the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 (WA).  At the same time we have taken the opportunity to improve our Constitution.  Attached is the proposed version of our Constitution as endorsed by our Board.  This is the version that will be presented to our AGM 2017 and voted on via Special Resolution.
